Each of the subsections below applies only to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be lawfully restricted.

Therefore, your use of our services is at your own risk and discretion. Redrock Rep makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of our services, its security, or the content available through our platform. As such, Redrock Rep is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from issues such as the unavailability of the service, security vulnerabilities, or your reliance on the content, rankings, reviews, or metrics made available through our platform.
Redrock Rep makes no claims or warranties regarding third parties, such as businesses or advertisers listed on our platform. You acknowledge that Redrock Rep does not control any information, products, or services provided by third parties on or through our services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Redrock Rep does not assume responsibility or make any representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of content, products, or services provided by third parties. As such, Redrock Rep will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the actions or omissions of third parties. Your decision to purchase or use products or services from third parties through our platform is at your sole risk.
Redrock Rep disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The maximum liability of Redrock Rep to you for any losses or damages arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid, if any, to Redrock Rep for the services in the 12 months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the liability, or (ii) AUD $200. Redrock Rep shall not be liable for any (i) indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, (ii) loss of profits, (iii) business interruption, (iv) damage to reputation, or (v) loss of data or information.
